Terms
Last updated: 10 October 2026
In short
- You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use Meme Auction, including the presale, where you live.
- The demo runs on demo money with no value. It can be reset or ended, and no reward is promised.
- Your wallet is yours. We never ask for your seed phrase, and blockchain transactions cannot be undone.
- Real-money play and buying $MAT are risky: you can lose the money you put in. Nothing on our site is financial advice, and the presale is the only offer to sell tokens on our site.
About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Meme Auction ("we", "us"). They cover memeauction.fun, the game at play.memeauction.fun (the demo now, and real-money play once it opens), the presale at presale.memeauction.fun and the private round request form. By using any of them, you accept these terms. Our Privacy page explains how we handle your data. If you do not accept these terms, do not use Meme Auction.
Who can use Meme Auction
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be allowed to use Meme Auction where you live. You are responsible for following your local laws, including any rules on online games, prizes and crypto-assets.
- You must not use it if you are on a sanctions list, or if you are in a country or region under comprehensive sanctions.
- We may refuse or limit access anywhere, without giving a reason.
Your wallet and your account
- Your account is your wallet address. There is no password, and we cannot recover a lost wallet: whoever controls the wallet controls the account.
- Keep your seed phrase and private keys secret. We will never ask for them, and admins never DM you first.
- Our only official websites are memeauction.fun and its subdomains, such as play.memeauction.fun and presale.memeauction.fun, and our only channels are Telegram and its news Channel, Discord and X. Anything else is not us.
- Your player name is shown to other players and cannot be changed. Do not choose a name that is offensive or unlawful, or that pretends to be someone else, including our team.
The demo
- The demo runs on demo money. Demo balances, $MAT and items have no value: they cannot be withdrawn, or sold or exchanged for real money or real tokens.
- We may change, reset, pause or end the demo at any time. When it ends, demo accounts and everything in them are deleted.
- Demo tasks pay demo money only. No real reward is promised for playing the demo, completing tasks or inviting friends. If we decide to reward demo players, we will announce it and its rules on our official channels, and accounts that broke these terms may be left out.
Real-money play
This section applies once real-money play opens. Amounts, fees and limits are shown in the game; they can change, and the game shows the ones in force.
Deposits
- Deposit USDT only with the game's Deposit button, on BNB Smart Chain. USDT sent any other way, such as straight from an exchange to a contract address, on another network or as another token, is not credited and may be lost.
- Your first deposit asks your wallet to let our vault contract move your USDT, with no amount limit. The contract moves it only when you make a deposit, and you can remove that permission in your wallet. While the vault is paused, you cannot deposit.
- A deposit is credited after enough blockchain confirmations; the game shows the wait. You pay the network fees for your own transactions.
- Send at least 1 $MAT, with the game's $MAT deposit, from the wallet you play with. $MAT sent from any other wallet, such as an exchange, is not credited.
Your balance
- Your game balance is a record we keep. The funds behind it are held in our vault contracts and in wallets we control. It is not a bank account, it is not insured and it earns no interest.
- Money you have bid in a match is locked until the match ends.
Matches
- Each room has an entry fee, paid when your match starts. It is not refunded, except when the server cancels a match.
- Each match has up to 5 rounds. In each round you place one sealed bid, in whole dollars, and it is final. Bids do not carry over to the next round.
- In rounds 1 to 4, the highest bid wins only if it is more than the next-highest bid times the round's multiplier (×2, ×1.5, ×1.3 and ×1.1). In round 5 the highest bid wins; of two equal bids, the earlier one wins.
- If your bid wins, you win the board, take every item on it and pay that bid. Only the winner pays their bid. If no bid has won by the end of round 5, nobody pays and every bid is released.
- When the winning bid is higher than the board's value, part of the difference may be paid as a Consolation Reward, one equal share for each of the other three seats. The game shows when it is paid and your share.
- Board values shown for a room are estimates. The profit or loss the game shows after a match does not include the entry fee or any fees.
- If you disconnect, your match goes on: a bid you already placed in the current round still counts, rounds you miss count as no bid, and the entry fee is not refunded.
- If the server has to cancel a match, bids are released and entry fees are refunded. Equipment used in that match is not returned.
- We may close matchmaking for maintenance, with notice in the game. Matches already running finish first.
Items and $MAT rewards
- Items you win are records in the game. They are not tokens or NFTs and cannot be moved out of the game. You can keep them or sell them back to us for USDT, at the value and minus the fee the game shows. Figurines can also be displayed, and figurines and equipment can be traded for $MAT on the market.
- Equipment bought with $MAT, in the shop or on the market, cannot be sold back to us. Shop purchases are final.
- Display income and collection rewards are paid at the rates in force when you claim them, and staking rewards, when they are switched on, are worked out each day. Rates can change, and every $MAT reward stops when the reward pool runs out.
Staking
- Higher rooms require staked $MAT. Your first stake asks your wallet to let the staking contract move your $MAT, with no amount limit; it moves $MAT only when you stake.
- Staked $MAT stays in the staking contract, not with us. Unstaking has a waiting period, shown in the game, of up to 7 days, and a new unstake request restarts the wait for everything you are unstaking.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals go only to the wallet you play with, and you pay the network fee. The game signs each withdrawal, and you complete it in your wallet within 10 minutes. If you do not, the amount returns to your game balance, usually within about 15 minutes. A withdrawal approved after review stays approved, so you can complete it again or cancel it.
- You can have one USDT and one $MAT withdrawal open at a time, and a $MAT withdrawal is at least 1 $MAT. You cannot withdraw USDT during a match.
- USDT withdrawals up to what you have deposited, less what you have already withdrawn, are paid without review or daily limits. Winnings have a daily limit, and larger amounts are reviewed by our team. Winnings and $MAT withdrawals are also subject to per-withdrawal and daily limits across the game. The game shows the limits in force.
- We may delay or decline a withdrawal of winnings to protect players, or to look into suspected fraud or a breach of these terms. If we decline it, we tell you why and the amount returns to your balance. While a vault is paused, nobody can withdraw through it.
Mistakes, closures and taxes
- If a fault credits you by mistake or pays you twice, we may correct your balance.
- If we close real-money play for good, we will announce it in advance and give you time to withdraw your balance.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your play and winnings.
- Only play with money you can afford to lose.
Rules of play
- Do not team up with other players, play more than one account at the same table, or use several accounts to collect the same reward more than once.
- Do not use automated tools, scripts or modified apps to play.
- Do not exploit bugs; report them to us.
- Do not attack, overload or try to break into Meme Auction, and do not copy our site or pretend to be us.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account, cancel the results or rewards involved, and hold withdrawals of winnings while we look into it. The money you deposited, and any money that is not the result of a breach, stays yours.
Private round requests
- The request form is an inquiry only: not an offer and not a commitment, by you or by us. Apart from the presale, which sells $MAT, nothing on our site is an offer to sell tokens, or a request to buy them. Nothing on our site is an offer of securities.
- We read every request and reply privately, by email from @memeauction.fun or on Telegram, always quoting your reference code. If there is a fit, the terms come in that reply. No code, not us.
- We may decline any request without giving a reason.
$MAT and the presale
- $MAT is the game's token. Its supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000: the token contract minted it once and has no mint function.
- What our site says about $MAT is information, not financial advice, and not a promise of value, price or returns.
- The presale runs only at presale.memeauction.fun, under the next section.
- Crypto-assets are risky: prices can fall to zero, smart contracts and blockchains can fail, transactions cannot be reversed, and laws can change.
The presale
- The presale runs only at presale.memeauction.fun, on BNB Smart Chain. Anything else offering $MAT before the listing is not us, except our private reply to a private round request you sent, which always quotes your reference code.
- It has five rounds of $100,000, at $0.0020, $0.0024, $0.0026, $0.0028 and $0.0030 per $MAT. Round 1 opens at the start. Each later round opens at the first 13:00 UTC at least 12 hours after the round before sells out; before a round opens, we may move its opening to another time, and the page shows the time in force.
- Each wallet can buy once in the whole presale, not once per round. A purchase is from $10, in whole dollars, up to the round's maximum per wallet ($300, $300, $350, $400 and $450) or what is left in the round, whichever is less. It never crosses into the next round. Rounds are first come, first served.
- Buy only with the page's Buy button: a plain transfer of USDT or BNB to the sale contract's or the Safe's address is not a purchase and buys no $MAT. You pay with USDT or BNB, and your payment goes straight to our multi-signature wallet (a Safe), in the same transaction. For BNB, the price comes from Chainlink's BNB/USD price feed: the page sends a little extra in case the price moves, and the contract sends back what is not needed in the same transaction. You pay the network fees.
- The sale contract records your purchase: the round, the dollars and the $MAT, worked out at the round's price and rounded down. If the contract refuses a purchase, or it fails on the blockchain, no payment moves; only network fees are spent.
- Purchases are final: they cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- The presale ends at its end date, or as soon as round 5 sells out. Before it starts, we may change its start and end dates; once it has started, we may end it earlier, or extend it once, to at most 14 days after the end date it started with. The sale contract on BscScan shows the dates in force, and the page shows the start, each round's opening and any extension. We may pause purchases in an emergency; a pause does not stop the clock.
- Your $MAT is not sent when you buy. It is claimable on listing day: the wallet that bought claims all of it at once, with no vesting and no deadline. Anyone, including us, may also send it to that wallet for you; it can only ever go to the wallet that bought. If you lose access to that wallet, nobody can move your $MAT to another one. We may pause claims in an emergency; your $MAT stays in the claim contract.
- The listing date we announce is an estimate, not a promise. If the sale contract's records cannot be used, we can deliver your $MAT through a replacement claim contract that pays the same amounts, worked out from the purchases recorded on the blockchain.
- The rules in "Who can use Meme Auction" apply to the presale too. Do not buy for someone who is not allowed to buy.
- Buy only with money you can afford to lose: $MAT may be worth less than you paid, or nothing. You are responsible for any taxes on your purchase and your $MAT.
No guarantees
Meme Auction is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or secure, or that you will win or make a profit.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost opportunities, or for losses caused by your wallet, your device, blockchain networks or other services we do not control. Our total liability to you is limited to the entry fees and other fees you paid us in the 3 months before you bring a legal claim against us. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we announce important changes on our official channels. If you keep using Meme Auction after a change, you accept the new terms.
